I wasn't sure if this was sci fi or macabre/horror 
suppose it depends on your outlook really lol
This painting still scares me a little bit. It was developed as a "personal response" (Thats AQA exam board jargon for "a painting") based on research done on an artist named HR Giger.
some may know him as the man who designed many of the sets from Alien, and as the creator of the Alien itself, from the very first film in the 70s.
But yeah - This is a traditional acrylic on canvas, nothing too special. But I would say this is a definite milestone in maturing as an artist... I can finally paint properly with acrylics. YAY!
